    Order Status

    To check status of your order, log into your account and hit "View your order." You can also hit the USPS tracking number to see updates about your order.
    How much does shipping cost?
    1. Standard Shipping is between 5-8 days at $4.99
    2. USPS Priority Mail is between 2-3 days at $9.16
    3. USPS Priority Mail Express is between 1-2 days at $24.75

    Does Fetch 'n Play ship internationally?

    Fetch 'n Play only ships within the North American continent, United States and Canada. However, we cannot display shipping rates for Canada as they are dependent on DHL courier service.

    Note: Due to the COVID-19, shipments are delayed beyond our control.

    Payments

    Payments can be made using any of the following methods:

    Gift cards that were purchased through our store or issued by us can also be used as a payment method.

    Return & Refund Policy

    Fetch 'n Play makes it easy for you to return a package that you're not 100% satisfied with, whether it was not to your standard or was damaged in transition to you. Check out our return and refund policy.

    BOGO - Buy 1 Toy Get 1 Toy at a discount for Fetch 'n Play means, buy one item and the discounted item is from a selected collection that can be of equal or lesser value than the other item selected. These discounts are usually worked out in the cart and will take effect prior to purchase. Free shipping is only to USA only, other countries like Canada do not apply. This covers the "Exclusions apply" or "Conditions apply."
